I've been in the carpet and floor messing-up business for many years! I'm good at it. Luckily Chris is even more experienced at what he does, and I was really, truly, amazed at how much Chris changed my house, and Austin Steam Clean showed very high value in this service. I held back, I have more rooms, and now I have hope too! In fact Chris was completely FUN to have in the house, i mean it, he has a great personality and humor. I'm calling ASC back very soon.

I called the day before hoping to get that day service but they were already booked for the day, so I scheduled for the next day. Right off the bat Chris made me feel comfortable. He called a couple hours early to confirm the reservation and tell me he would give me a heads up when he was headed my way. I had one issue and he addressed it and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. I will tell my friends about them.

Phenomenal clean on my tile. Was priced fairly. Work was done in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again, on my carpet and furniture. Best yet my wife is giddy with the fact we have clean floors

Our carpets have never looked better and our air has never smelled fresher!

We had phenomenal service from Mike, who is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Not only was he very meticulous, he explained each part of the carpet and air duct cleaning process, going into scientific detail about the products and techniques used. I have a degree in biology and a medical background and was floored (pun intended) by the extent of his biochemical expertise. Our carpets have never looked better and our air has never smelled fresher! We had some cat urine stains that were a concern, which he did a deep treatment on and are completely gone. We have two young children and he was careful to explain the safety of their chemicals. I was able to get a next-day appointment when I called and I found their pricing reasonable. I will use this service again and would recommend them to anyone!!!

Just want to say was impressed in how at ease the tech made me feel and how professional he was in explaining some concerns I had. He did a great job on my tile/grout and carpet. I'll recommend Austin steam clean to anyone.
